
When my wife and I are up in Portland, ME, we try to make a point of having lunch at Silly's. We both really like the atmosphere and the food; their mix of vegetarian/vegan and omnivore choices means we both have plenty to choose from. K especially loves their vegan sweet potato chili, but at 96 miles - each way - we don't go there all that often. So I set out to create something similar for her and have finally sorted out the recipe. This one is "vegetarian" because I don't know if the chili seasoning mix would count as vegan or not.
